Every successful relay needs a co-ordinated goal, route and brand. We work with you to design a relay that meets your objectives and financial criteria while giving participants an experience they’ll never forget.

Route mapping

A route doesn’t just need to get you from A to B via any key way points. Every stage of every relay needs to be mapped along a runnable (or cyclable or walkable!) route with an exact start and finish point ; it needs to be be risk assessed ; it needs to be accessible to any support team accompanying the relay ; and the timings have to work!

Bespoke web platform

We create a bespoke, mobile optimised website platform for your event. The website is a modular set-up so you can create unlimited pages with blocks of content to ensure the branding is always ‘on-point’.

Event app

Your event can feature as a challenge within our mobile app or we can white-label the app for you. Participants will be able to use the app to track their training runs, take part in virtual stages, and earn brilliantly bonkers badges!

Clear and easy registration

Our website conversion is extremely high, thanks to simple and clear registration process. We can customise the sign-up journey to include merchandise sales, and post-payment steps such as completing a profile page.

Fundraising profiles

Each participant can have their own fundraising page, complete with totaliser, donation messages, video trailer and more!

Runner support

We manage the whole runner support process from the FAQs to the post registration welcome email to the ongoing runner comms, stage reminders and final thank you. We can also provide a dedicated runner support resource at peak times before, during and after your relay.
